All NBHSA members listed, have informed Ann Ashley, the director of NBHSA, that they have neither given verbal or written permission at anytime, for their personal information to be given out in print and placed in this packet (nor have they in any other fashion).

Upon learning that NBHSA had a copy of the packet, Pat confirmed to Ann this afternoon, that she had obtained verbal permission over the phone from each party named to be listed last year, but not this year. Again all NBHSA members named deny Pat's statement, and affirmed that she was never given written or verbal permission to publicize their name (or other private information).
