Grades K-6 should have a section in
the portfolio labeled with the following subjects: Reading, Writing,
Mathematics, Science, and Social studies. This
can be done with dividers.
Grades 7-12 should have a section in
the portfolio labeled with the following subjects: Reading, Writing,
Mathematics, Science, Social studies,composition and literature.
This can be done with dividers.
A plan book, diary, or
other record (Click
for our free, printable, 1st
semester planner and the 2nd
semester planner) indicating
subjects taught and activities in which the student and parent-teacher
engage.
Place samples of the student's academic
work in the section of the portfolio labeled with the following
subjects: Reading, Writing, Mathematics, Science, Social studies,and
in (Grades 7-12) composition and literature.
A semiannual progress report
(Click here for our free,
printable, semiannual progress report) including
attendance records and individualized documentation of the student's
academic progress in each of the basic instructional areas of Reading,
Writing, Mathematics, Science, Social studies,and in (Grades 7-12)
composition and literature.
Always make a copy of all association
applications and paperwork, which you may have, and place the copies in the
portfolio as well.
You may add anything else to your portfolio.
