  • Contrary to police telling minor kids over the week end, "18 and over boys found with 16 - 17 year old drinking females can not be charged with sex with a minor because the minor is 16-17" , 18 and over adults CAN be arrested and charged with criminal sexual conduct!  (Many 18 and over boys don't realize they can be charged with criminal sexual conduct by engaging even in consensual sex with minor girls, even though the ``age of consent'' in South Carolina is 16. see: Title 16 - Crimes and Offenses CHAPTER 3. OFFENSES AGAINST THE PERSON located at: http://www.scstatehouse.net/code/t16c003.htm, the parents of the minor females can and should CONTACT a lawyer to learn if the police officers are correct in their explanation that the parent can not have anyone over 18 charged with having sex with your minor (consensual age 16-17 year old) child, which has been provided alcohol at the least)! Parents can also take their child and have them drug tested. Further, South Carolina IS NOT an emancipation state and there are laws of anyone 18 or older transporting any child 17 and under without the parental permission! Please contact your own attorney for your own legal information/advice. This is placed here for informational educational research only, due to an incident over the weekend of July 02, 2006 that was noted by our enquiring home school minds! 18 and over boys can be charged with criminal sexual conduct by engaging even in consensual sex with minor girls. This was highlighted in 2000 by the arrests of two South Aiken High School basketball players accused of illicit teen sex. > "Train collision releases chlorine gas" GRANITEVILLE, South Carolina

> Coincidence?  Who knows?  After all, the "Wish List" does state a different
> County.  However, it does meet the "2005" requisition.  Did "Dillon County"

> These upcoming August 2005 drills of nuking the coast of Charleston,
> South Carolina, I hope and pray we do not fall into the same 'coincidental'
> pattern of the last two bellow mentioned 'exercise's...
> What makes me nervous about this exercise: On 9/11, NORAD, for the first
> time in 50 years, was ordered to "stand down" because they were running a
> staged hijacking of crashing planes into the Twin Towers, Pentagon, and the
> Capitol building on the very day the actual event occurred (this is

> On the day of the London bombings, 7/7, Visor Consultants
> was running bombing drills on the exact same day and in the exact same
> locations that the bombs went off (this is also a documented and televised
> fact)..
> Now I'm not a statistician, but I think the odds of this are astronomically

> Exercise to focus on nuclear terror scenario
> Posted Jun 29, 2005 at 1:00:PM MDT
>
> FORT MONROE, Va. -- Here's the scenario. A seafaring vessel transporting a
> 10-kiloton nuclear warhead makes its way into a port off the coast of
> Charleston, S.C. Terrorists aboard the ship attempt to smuggle the warhead
> off the ship to detonate it. Is this really a possibility?
> Joint Task Force Civil Support (JTF-CS) here is planning its next exercise
> on the premise that this crisis is indeed plausible.
> Sudden Response 05 will take place this August on Fort Monroe and will be
> carried out as an internal command post exercise. The exercise is intended
> to train the JTF-CS staff to plan and execute Consequence Management
> operations in support of Federal Emergency Management Agency Region IV's
> response to a nuclear detonation.
> Some of this year's objectives for SR05 are to refine nuclear incident
> Concept of Operations, produce a CM Operation Order, refine command post
> set-up procedures and maintain situational awareness of multiple CM
> incidents.
> The Sudden Response exercise has been held at Quantico, Va., in the past,
> but has been moved to Fort Monroe to maximize command post training time.
> The senior leadership felt that it was more important to accomplish training
> instead of losing up to a day and a half in travel time, said Paul Deflueri,
> J7 Lead Exercise Planner. "This will allow us to still meet our training
> objectives," he said.
> Some external participants may work with JTF-CS during the exercise.
> "We're trying to get representatives from FEMA Region IV as well as
> representatives from South Carolina Emergency Management Division and active duty soldiers from the (Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear
>  and Explosive) Consequence Management Response Force to play the role
>  of task force units," Defluri said.
> "Each time we do one of these internal exercises, we try to make it more
> robust and try to add in fidelity," Defluri said. "That's what we're trying
> to do for SR05: create a good scenario and be able to replicate the effects
> as best we can. That way we can give the command a really good CM > exercise." http://www.northcom.mil/pdfs/C9BFBBAC-F3CA-BD2E-008C7B34AFE33114.pdf
