If a school districts in South Carolina requests your home school provide them with documentation of association membership, do not and callus A.S.A.P.! State law does not require this, and homeschoolers who are members of such associations are not obligated to comply with such requests.

College

• Do I have to have a High School diploma to go to college?  NO!

  • Stanford University makes clear in a form letter to home schooled applicants that a high school diploma is not necessary for admission. http://www.stanford.edu/dept/uga/criteria/home_schooling.html
